Petition to Thunderbird Entertainment, Dan Signer, Netflix
Some Assembly Required Reunion
The YTV/Netflix original TV show Some Assembly Required was an enormous show for me to watch on my streaming console since I've started during the summer of 2017. Then, I've learned from the show's production company Thunderbird that they’re no longer in production ‘cuz it was done after three seasons on the air in Canada and I was thinking of helping with 1 episode, but it was too late. I know how it felt for them to end a show after a long run, but things had to change. Here’s a reason why one episode could’ve been made for the show. I've wondered months later if they’d do an episode with a spoof or twist on The Wizard of Oz and the SAR cast as corresponding characters from the movie like: Geneva Hayes (Sydney Scotia): Dorothy Jarvis Raines (Kolton Stewart): Scarecrow Bowie Sherman (Harrison Houde): Tin Man Aster Vanderburg (Travis Turner): Cowardly Lion Piper Gray (Charlie Storwick): Good Witch Malcolm “Knox” Knoxford (Dylan Playfair): Emerald City Guard Candace Wheeler (Ellie Harvie): Wicked Witch of the West P. Everett Knickknack (Russell Roberts): The Great & Powerful Oz Think about it. If this would involve a reunion, I want to help bring this plot to it and would be enjoyable for all fans to watch. If you'd concur, we'd ask Netflix & Thunderbird Entertainment to make this possible with the right amount of signatures around this petition. If you've really enjoyed the show nationwide, please support this and don't worry about what they're going to say once it's passed on. It would be great to see the cast from the show back together in a movie or special full of adventure, laughs and friendship. So, let's make this work with your voices heard for any fan who enjoys Some Assembly on Netflix or YTV. We can do it! Sign, share & support! #SomeAssemblyOz #SomeAssemblyReunion
Petition to United States Supreme Court, UK Parliament
Put Amber Heard Behind Bars!
As many of you know the beloved American actor Johnny Depp was falsely accused of being a wife beater by then demon wife Amber Heard. When in reality she: cheated on him with several men and one woman, she threw a phone at him hitting him, cut off the tip of his finger and faked her bruises in court not to mention many more heinous crimes that went unpunished. Sadly just recently the UK parliament ruled in favor of the lying wench (Heard), but that didn't stop Johnny from fighting. He is now fighting on American soil and we can not let that demon woman get away with more than she already has. So, if you care about justice sing this petition today!
Petition to NBC
End the Cliffhanger: Reboot Las Vegas (The TV Series)
Las Vegas was a popular NBC TV series that ran for five seasons from 2003-2008. Following a strike between TV producers and the Writers Guild of America back in 2008, Las Vegas was cancelled abruptly and on a major cliff hanger after only 19 episodes of the originally planned 22 were aired before the show went off the air for good. Essentially, the show ended with "to be continued" and we, the fans, are still waiting for that continuation twelve years later which has lead to us starting this petition. NBC: We, the fans, want the answers that we rightfully deserve after all of these years. We want a reboot of the show with the original cast to wrap up the loose ends from the disappointing "finale" and we want to know what the staff of the Montecito Resort and Casino have been up to over the years. How did Cooper survive the plane crash? What happened to Delinda and Danny's baby, last we saw she was bleeding... did the baby survive? Did Ed ever come back to meet his grandchild? How is our favorite casino host Samantha Jane Marquez doing, did she and Vic end up getting married? NBCUniversal has been airing marathons of the show over the past few months which has gained the show millions of new fans and reignited the passion in the fans who have loved the show since it debuted in 2003. NBC, enough is enough... REOPEN THE MONTECITO! Binge Report: 'Las Vegas' Is the Weekend's Most Binged Time-Shifted Show (6/26/2020 - 6/28/2020) https://tvrev.com/binge-report-las-vegas-is-the-weekends-most-binged-time-shifted-show/amp/?fbclid=IwAR1Sg19t5kShlQsip1m0HvrEcGR28gDXySkwcYqpbRLAnaiYveBZD-JXJk8
Petition to Score Productions, Inc., Fremantle Media, CBS
Release the 1972-1983 music cue material for The Price Is Right and other Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Productions game shows to a limited edition stereo compact disc box set.
Who is with me that someone needs to start a petition on Change.org or someplace, or flood Fremantle Media, Mark Goodson Productions and Score Productions, Inc. with letters, calls, e-mails stating that a deluxe limited edition stereo compact disc box set should be put out of all of the classic music cue material for The Price Is Right that dates from 1972 to 1983 (and I mean every cue recorded in that time frame), plus a few cues from 1994 I would cite as gems, including what was used as the primary music cue for the retired pricing game Fortune Hunter, with the deluxe limited edition stereo compact disc box set simply being titled Music From The Price Is Right? The twelve year time frame I mentioned, if you count 1972, without question, was the very best of Score Productions, Inc.'s production output for the game show. Tight musicianship, no kidding! Wowie! Other cues in the box set would include the ones used from the syndicated 1973-1978 Concentration, including and especially the bonus win music that has long been used on TPIR as an exciting car cue, and what was used as the cue for the pricing game of Grocery Game from that music package in the pricing game's early days. In the area of bonus tracks in this expansive or is it extensive box set, the 1976-1985 theme of Family Feud would fit right in, being it was from the 1976 music package for TPIR composed by Walt Levinsky. What else would be included would be the opening/faceoff/commercial cues, as well as the 1973-1982 theme of Match Game, its ticket plug music variations, the 1977 full version theme for the predecessor to Press Your Luck (Score Productions Inc. also had involvement with that theme music also, by the way, through composer Lee Ringuette.) titled Second Chance, which was also the theme for the 1975 incarnation of I've Got A Secret, or was it What's My Line? Also does anybody know if the 1974 and 1976 music packages for TPIR were recorded in London, England like the 1972 package happened to be? I know the 1983 package was recorded in New York City. Some other ideas for bonus tracks in the box set would be the entire music package for the 1973-1978 syndicated Concentration, the 1977 theme for The Better Sex, the 1984 theme and ticket plug music cues for the Tom Kennedy-hosted Body Language, the 1985 All-Star Blitz theme and any cues associated with it, the 1980 and 1969 To Tell The Truth themes, the 1979 and 1984 Password Plus and Super Password theme music pieces (The 1979 one would have been a great TPIR car cue in my opinion!), the 1979 Mindreaders theme, the theme for Celebrity Charades, the 1974 syndicated What's My Line? theme, the 1975 theme and cues for Showoffs, the theme music for The Money Maze, the 1971 Password theme and its music cue package, the 1974 and 1982 theme music pieces of Tattle Tales. Even the 1980-1981 theme of what was Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Productions' answer to Real People; That's My Line! should be included. Wish somehow I could get the performance rights from the pertinent parties to play the music cues live in concert with my own band, complete with a horn section, reed winds, bell kit player, string section, the works. After playing back the recordings of the music cues for the other musicians, I would issue the challenge to them saying from behind one of my two Ludwig drum kits as the drummer in the band; "Let's try to make it sound like that." In those days, if Score Productions Inc. had been a recording artist band/group, they would have been a consistent hitmaker in my opinion, with the music cue pieces being released on albums, and also storming up the instrumentals chart/jazz instrumentals charts or whatever chart applies here. Please feel free to respond to my comments with yours and any questions, also copy and paste this post in your communications to Fremantle Media, Mark Goodson Productions and Score Productions, Inc., suggesting to all of those parties that a limited edition stereo compact disc box set should be put out. Were the master tapes of all the cues in stereo? I'm curious. I don't know what the website address is for Fremantle Media, but I do know of the one for Score Productions Inc.; http://www.scoreproductions.com , and sure, there may be a low audience for such a compact disc box set, but a loyal audience though. Just the theme music for The Price Is Right alone is not enough for the enthusiasts, including and especially the die-hard ones, of its 1972-1983 and 1994 music cue packages. There are those, I am sure, who would love to be able to have the music on compact disc anywhere there is a compact disc player when they can't be at a computer to listen to it, to be able to play those discs whenever they want to. Ideas of mine for the record label it should be out on include Atlantic, that label I particularly like because of the roster of artists that have been on it, and also because of liking the design and color scheme that they have had on their vinyl record albums for years; green in the top half and orange-red for the bottom half, separated by a horizontal white line, the left side of that line usually having the word Stereo and the right side indicating the side of the album; One, Two. (Three, Four also in the case of double albums.) The top half had the Atlantic rectangle logo, a record label logo I really like. Why this petition should be supported is because the music cue material I mentioned is too good for the respective parties who hold them as intellectual properties to keep buried in the vaults, they have been overprotective of the material for too long. The music cue material only being available on the website of the Television Production Music Museum; http://www.tvpmm.com, is really unfair to those enthusiasts of the music like myself, including and especially the die-hard ones who might like to have them in their compact disc collections and such for their personal enjoyment and those who don't have computers with Internet access at all. The website to contact Fremantle Media on Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/FremantleMediaGroup?fref=ts The bonus tracks, if not to be included in this deluxe limited edition stereo compact disc box set, they ought to be in a companion deluxe limited edition stereo compact disc box set of all the music from the 1960s to the 1990s that Score Productions, Inc. did for other Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Productions game shows besides this one that would be titled More Music From Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Productions/Score Productions, Inc. Or the two deluxe limited edition stereo compact disc box sets could be released together under the umbrella title of The Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Productions/Score Productions, Inc. Connection. Fremantle Media and Score Productions, Inc. might have to collaborate with the Television Production Music Museum on this one.
Petition to Killeen Texas Police Department, Bryan Washko,
JUSTICE IN KILLEEN- FIRE Reynaldo Contreras!
On the 13th of January, 2021 in Killeen, Texas, an UNARMED black man was shot and killed in front of his home. The Killeen Police Department sent out Officer Reynaldo Contreras for a WELLNESS check that he was clearly not properly trained for. Officer Contreras shot and killed a 52 year old man, who had his arms raised in the air, in his own yard. Just feet away from his own front door. How MANY POC will die before we care? How MANY will be unable to rely on and AFRAID of the police? This has gone on TOO LONG with NO CHANGE. WE DEMAND THAT OFFICER CONTRERAS BE FIRED FROM KDP AND CRIMINAL CHARGES FILED AGAINST HIM FOR MURDER. WE ALSO DEMAND THAT POLICE TRAINING BE EXTENDED FROM JUST SIX SHORT WEEKS, TO FOUR YEARS. THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME THAT LAWYERS REQUIRE TO PROFICIENTLY LEARN AND APPLY THE LAWS OF THE U S.
Petition to Philippine Government, House of Representatives - Philippines, Philippine National Police, Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines
Demand police accountability and transparency by requiring body cams and releasing footage
GOAL: 2 000 signaturesIt is the primary duty of the police to serve and protect the citizens by enforcing law and order; however, there have been far too many cases where they become perpetrators of injustice. The Philippines is no stranger to a tainted law enforcement system. Filipino police officers have generally been known to abuse power and authority by automatically resorting to physical force (that ends up in death), arresting people whenever they deem appropriate, and planting evidence against the convicted, to name a few. In fact, since Rodrigo Duterte took office in June 2016, tens of thousands of Filipinos have died by the guns of policemen, under the president’s war on drugs or fueled by Duterte’s principles. As of now, the Human Rights Watch have affirmed that the killings in the Philippines increased by 50% during the pandemic. This system of violence and impunity needs to change, before more innocent Filipino blood is shed and the essence of law enforcement becomes fully corrupted. What is being done? The procurement of modernized police equipment (such as body cameras and dash cameras) began in 2017; however, many delays have been encountered mainly due to the lack of budget. As of the present, only 2 600 body cameras have been acquired. These were set for functional testing and evaluation last October 2020, and would be primarily distributed to anti-drug cops. While the initiative would be of great benefit to reforming the policing system, seemingly, it is still not enough. We ask for the Philippine Government to take appropriate action for police equipment modernization, and should this be in check, make it mandatory for ALL law enforcement officers to have body cameras which must be kept active during police operations. Most importantly, we call for police accountability and transparency by releasing body cam footage of operations, especially with regards to cases of law enforcement brutality and violation of human rights. Why is there a need to release the footage? To build transparency and accountability: Despite the number of abuse and brutality cases, many Filipino police officers are let off the hook for their misconduct because there were no witnesses to record the act. Video footage serves as concrete evidence to what went on during the scene and is a great step towards holding abusers responsible for their actions. To increase public trust in law enforcement: A recent police shooting in Tarlac which was caught on camera has led PNP chief Debold Sinas to deem video/photo evidence as “tricky”. This has led Filipinos to further distrust the efficiency of law enforcement. In general, abuses carried out by police officers have instilled fear in Filipino citizens. Releasing video footage can be used to monitor police misconduct, which is a step in regaining public trust. To bring back the essence of law enforcement: It is the duty of police officers to comply with the law, serve and protect citizens against illegal acts, and uphold human rights & dignity. Thus, police abuses and misconduct are a huge contradiction to what law enforcers should be. It’s high time that the true essence of law enforcement came back, and that should start with transparency & accountability. Please consider signing our petition to help fight against police abuses and help rebuild the law enforcement system.
Petition to U.S. Senate, Kamala D. Harris, U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, Democratic National Committee, Republican National Committee
Let's Pass Police Reform-Support the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act!
Today, right now, we have a chance for change. We have a chance to make police reform REAL--and to do that, we need to make sure that the United State Senate knows we haven't spent a summer in protest and centuries in turmoil only to be placated with a piece of watered-down legislation that makes "suggestions" where we, the American people, want LAWS. On June 8, 2020, House and Senate Democrats came together to answer that call and introduce the Justice in Policing Act. This is a multi-clause bill created to drastically reduce the death and violence brought on by excessive and unjust police brutality. It's what we need in this historic moment. The Justice in Policing Act PROHIBITS AND BANS:-all racial, religious, and other discriminatory profiling-all chokeholds and carotid holds-no-knock warrants in drug-related cases The Justice in Policing Act LIMITS:-the use of deadly force (by requiring officers to prove that force necessary)-the transfer of military-grade weapons to state and local law enforcement The Justice in Policing Act ENABLES:-the training of law enforcement officials so that they recognize implicit bias and avoid all racial, religious, and other discriminatory profiling-the creation of a national police misconduct registry-that federal, uniformed, police offers wear body cameras-that state and local law enforcement use existing funds to ensure the use of body cameras-that all marked federal vehicles have dashboard cameras-that lynching and other hate crimes be regarded as federal crimes The Justice in Policing Act ENABLES:-the fair prosecution of reckless police action—in criminal AND civil court On June 17, Senate Republicans introduced a counter-bill...and asked their one African-American Senator to function as its face. It's even called the 'Justice Act'; as though these things could distract us from the fact that this counter-bill is not nearly as strong, as sweeping, or as necessary as the Justice in Policing Act. Tell YOUR Senator and Congressional Representative, today, that this is NOT the time to make police reform a partisan issue. The deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tamir Rice, Michael Brown, Atatiana Jefferson, Philando Castile, Alton Sterling, Sandra Bland, and countless others are NOT opportunities to "score" political points. We, the American people, Democrat and Republican alike, are standing up to demand REAL police reform RIGHT NOW. Our police force is sworn to protect and serve the people. Let's hold them to that promise. Let's pass REAL police reform. Sign this petition to get your senators and representatives to support the Justice in Policing Act. ALSO: Visit tcatherinematthews.wixsite.com/letspasspolicereform for more information on how YOU can do even more to help pass police reform!
Petition to Chief Shawny Williams, Greg Nyhoff, Vallejo City Council
Fire Vallejo PD Lt. Michael Nichelini
Please fire Lieutenant Michael Nichelini from the Vallejo Police Department. Nichelini's threatening email to journalist Otis Taylor should be the final straw. “Looks like 2021 will be a little bit better not having your biased and uniformed (sic) articles printed in the newspaper that only inflame the public… you have never looked for the truth in any of your writings… We will warn our Georgia colleagues of your impending arrival.” His attorney's excuse that this was written out of frustration is not reassuring. An officer who can't manage his emotions should not be on the force. If Captain Whitney can be fired, so can Lt. Nichelini. Nichelini's recent assertions that he supports reform and 21st Century Policing are not believable in this light. They're only lip service. His history of violent behavior and intimidation of critics speak louder than his words. Chief Williams, please show us that you're serious about reforming the VPD and fire Nichelini.
